Treadmill Workout
Feel the burn
5 min warm up at 3mph
30 sec shoulder press while walking at 3mph (start w/3lb weights or what challenges you, you want to feel the burn)
30 sec. Bicep curl with treadmill at #10 incline and 2mph
Push ups on treadmill 30 sec (remove your feet from the belt and set them on the sides)
30 sec each leg glute kicks (legs are still on side of treadmill)
walk backwards on treadmill at 1.5 mph for 5 min
Run (forwards at 5mph for 5 min)
3mph on treadmill walking for 30 sec with arms straight out for arm circles
2 min abs on ground and streach!
