Stroller Workout
No time? No problem!
Start with Walking Lunges while pushing the stroller do for 2-3 minutes
Take a 3-5lb dumbbell and do curls with one hand while you push the stroller with the other hand 10 reps each arm before switching to the next (3 sets)
Bent over tricep extension. Push the stroller with one hand and do extension with opposite arm 10 reps (3 sets)
Get your heart pumping with some light jogging while you are pushing the stroller (if you are advanced do a run) 2-3 minutes
When you reach an intersection do calf raises (10 regular, 10 pigeon toed and 10 with feet facing out)
Jog or run 2-3 min
Walk it out for a couple of minutes to bring your heart rate down slowly
Now most importantly have some fun with your kids play on the playground, run around get physical!
