5 Minute Workout
Everyone has 5 minutes!
1 min squat with bicep curl (use weights or resistance band)
1 min lunge with a front raise (Do 10 each leg and then alternate, using weights or resistance band)
1 min holding regular crunch with hands pulsing by sides 1 min push up ( modify if needed on knees)
1 min wall sit
Put on your favorite music or have your child cheer you on or time you for extra motivation.
