30 Minute Circuit Routine
Alternate days with these circuits for 5 days a week with 2 days of rest. Repeat circuit 4x or 30 min. 10 reps for each exercise 20 reps for oblique and crunches Given to Lana Bolton on RSRL TLC

Stability Ball Crunch
V step-ups on Bench
Bicep Curl on stability ball
Seated row (with resistance band wrapped around feet)
Jumping Jacks for 30 sec
Circuit 2
Alternating lunges with leg on bench
Calf Raises on bench
Side punches on bench
Stability ball wall squats
Stability ball obliques
